I'm thinking about buying hosting and I just wanted to know if the prices displayed here are monthly or yearly prices.

If you move your mouse over the prices it will pop up a tool tip window with details. The prices listed are monthly prices if you pay 3 years in advance. For example, the lowest priced plan is $4.95 per month if you pay for 3 years at once. It is $5.95 per month if you pay 2 years, $6.95 per month if you pay for one year, and $8.95 per month if you pay monthly.
