Question Prices

Hello I have a queen account and since you do not offer something between queen and king would like to know if getting a reseller copper account would be ok. and if i got this account what type of downtime would my site end up getting. Also if you drop prices in the future do people with the current account get to reap the benifets or only new people?

Transferring to a new hosting plan would be a fairly seamless process, and you would experience little or no downtime.

As for pricing, the rate you are charged when your account is created is locked in for as long as you remain a customer.. unless you upgrade, of course. Occasionally new offers are published, and generally these are available to new customers only, and for a limited time.

What if it's a drop price forever, do I pay that drop price or I have to pay the original price when I signup before?

I doubt you would see a price reduction anytime soon - if ever, to be quite honest. However, if and when that time comes, I will personally see to it that you, ntloc, are charge the lesser fee.

BTW, in regards to price, I feel that HostGator is offering a really good value. You can always find cheaper....but not necessarily where you want to house your accounts long term.

Agreed.

The value that you get here is unbeleivable. Support and the service both cost a great deal of money. I don't see how they could charge any less and make a reasonable profit.
