Pretty satisfied so far

So far so good. I've had a site monitor pick up a couple of supposed 'outages', but site monitors are sometimes inaccurate. There have been a few times when the sever was a bit spotty and slow, but, you know, so far I'm getting what I paid for. I have dealt with support once, and it took about 8 or so hours to get an email back, but they took care of my issues. I guess I'm about 90% satisfied, which ain't too bad when it comes to hosting.
