Hi, i'm on an another reseller account..

1-Can you move my clients to the new reseller account?
2-Is the limit of 30 access per hour for pop is for a pop account or for the domain account?
3-If i'm a canadian verified paypal member, can i use this paypal account to work with WHMAP?
4-Is WHMAP in french?
5- Is it possible to be a reseller and affiliate in the same time (to sell reseller account)?

1. They should be able to do it, but it is an easy task to do by yourself, especially if your other reseller account has cpanel. Just follow the instructions here. If it was not a cpanel account, the only way is ftp.

2.
**edit** on second thought, I am sure it is per pop account. The reason for setting the 30 pop connections per hour was to FORCE people who were checking mail minutely to set their clients to a more reasonable pace by denying those clients access to the mail until they checked at least only every other minute. This would not make sense to restrict per domain. Plus this restriction is only on SOME boxes.

3. I am certain that Canadian paypal would not be a problem as there are many UK whmautopilot members that also use paypal.

4. Ils ne l'ont pas traduit encore. Ils l'ont discuté pour la version 3, mais le havn't de I a entendu n'importe quoi pendant un moment. (Pardon my French; basically, not that I am aware!)

5. Yes it is! You can either resell their reseller accounts or send visitors to hostgator via your affiliate link. If you resell their accounts, you would purchase the account from hostgator and sell it to your client or if you link to their website just be sure to include your affiliate ID so that you can claim your payment.
