1. Do you have Merchant Account support for accepting Visa/MasterCard sales through websites? Which vendor do you use?

2. In your terms of service, you state you are regulated by Texas and Florida laws. Where can I research such laws? Is there a website?

3. I am looking at purchasing a dedicated, managed server plan - do you have a policy regarding the installation of chat software? My site uses AspDotNetChat. I notice you provide a chat software. Where can I find more information on this product?

4. What is your policy on streaming video services for things such as video chat via the chat software?

As long as you are not breaking any of their TOS, hostgator should not have any problem with what you install on your dedicated server. Chat softwares are very much okay, I guess.

Vidoe again, should not have any issue - as long as there is no copyright problem. Hostgator is generally very flexible, but you need to contact the support to get the final answers to the questions you raised.
