Pre sales questions about problems

Ok I have heard from several people about how good this host is! Well I am currently hosted with globat.com don't dare get hosting from them stay far far far away from them! I thought they couldn't be to bad when I see there ads all over the place witch I figured if they have that kind of advertising budget they must be a big company! And I also needed alot of storage and transfer since I run a funny video site and I couldn't find anyone else who offered so much for that price! Well aTHEY SUCK! There servers aren't to bad not to many downs first week or so there was alot but after those two downs one for a minute and one for like a day I think and one that wasn't really a down but I couldn't modify my site or upload anything for several days they called it a read only error! Well there support is the worst anyware I have had free hosts with better support! I email them with no reply and I contact them on chat and they never seem to help me just tell me to email support and most of the time there is never anyone on the chat system or they never reply! I also bought there hosting not thinking I would need any more domains hosted well now I own 3 domains and own is high transfer and others aren't but anyway they won't allow more then one site hosted unless I update and pay for every new domain added and all kinds of crap! Well they have also had very very very slow email system the last few days! And I am most defiantlt not giving them anymore money since they charged me 4 times for my hosting and I also tryed to pay for a extra domain and asked them about if it wen't through and there were errors so I wasn't sure and I also didn't want it going through 4 times also! So I contacted them about it finally a reply but took there sweet time but then they wouldn't tell me weather it went through or not and the next email I got said they went ahead and registered it for me and I told them I did not authrize them to do that and I am not paying for it! Well I haven't yet but I can't get my domain unless I do dam them not only that but when you run a whois check it says they own the domain and all there info is listed nothing about me!? Well not only that on there site it said 3.99 a year for the domain register well the amount they sent me a invoice for was 14.95 big difference! But anyway I don't want to complain anymore! But I haven't anymore downs again and I have been with them for a month or more! But anyway I have a few questions before I sign up as I mentioned I own http://humorvids.com http://cheaptechsales.com http://speedyhosted.com and more soon well my humorvids.com takes alot of bandwitch for the funny videos like almost 1 gig a day and that is will like 60 hits a day! And if you go to that site you see it is hosted by a free host and no the movies are hosted by my paid host but my paid host as said before only allows one domain hosted that is why I have a free hosted for that site! But anyway I am wanting to buy the package with unlimited domains so I can host my current site's and my future sites! And I am wondering if there could be any problems with that! And they possibelety that I might have hogh bandwitch needs? But anyway it won't be that high the plan should cover it since my current plan has about the same storage and transfer and I use about 1.5 gigs storage and about 1 gig a day transfer! But anyway I am also really wanting this hosting because I love cpanel and my current host doesn't have it and doesn't have anyway preinstalled scripts! But anyway thanks! Oh also I my soon own several .coms maybe like at least ten since I am think of reselling them! And I am wondering it says unlimited so that should not be a problem right! Most will not be very high traffic at all insept my funny site thanks!

Well I am sorry my last very long post but I am a writter and I am thinking if opening a site for that to but anyway! I just have a few questions like does it cost for every new .com I add and if I order that package today and next month you don't offer that deal then what would you all do that or would it stay the same? Also I have read about several downs and I am kind of unhappy about that and worry there might be alot of downs with you all!? But I am happy to say that I would at least pay for one month and see how it goes but I need some answers first thanks!

Also on the baby plan I think it doesn't support java or is that wrong is says jsp or something not supported? That would really suck because my counters and chat rooms use java?

Well I just bought hosting by my email with all my info said your nameservers are: then blank nothing please help thanks the domain name is humorvids.com thanks!

I read most of the initial post and just thought that I should post my 2 cents worth:

For someone transferring that amount of data with such high space/traffic - I think it would be worth while getting a dedicated server.

I can now post thank you hostgator for fixing that! I love your hosting already! I am more than likely going to be a customer for years to come unless I need to get a dedicated server and I can afford it lol than I will switch to dedicated ! But anyway I ran a test on how many people were on my same server and it was 220 not bad! Since last paid host had almost 6,000 lol dam them thats why I am now hosted by you all thanks!

Thanks you for your comments! But all those videos are still hosted by my old host and are located on a server running http://cheaptechsales.com not the gator server! But I may move someday but that would be alot of work! But anyway I never use close to 75gig transfer! I use about 40 at most! Less because most days know I only use like 400mb a day since I stop those people who were leaching of of me and link to my videos but anyway thanks!
