Pre Sales Question

Hello, Iam up for buying a HostGator A/C soon, there are somethings I need to know.

After I pay the money via Credit Card and the online transaction is verfied.
Do I need to send any kind of fax containing Photo ID, CC details and such before my account is activated, and also how long does it take to be activated.

If my A/C gets suspended for exceeding the allocated resource usage, I can re-activate it later right? *shivers*

I checked your TOC, under 7.a.f its says

f) Participate in any file-sharing/peer-to-peer activities

Does this mean, I can't provide the downloads of my own mp3 and remixed video files, can't I share them with my visitors :?

also another question, with the allocated Resource usage limit will your Shared Server be able to handle my site with traffic of around 4 to 5 Gb per day

it better to email sales & ask them the Qs about the limits, tho I guess letting people download your MP3s is not a problem at all!!

As for the copy of ID or CC you MIGHT be asked for that info if you are living outside USA.
