Am considering signing up, but have a number of questions :

1. Do you have InnoDB table support for mysql ?

2. Do you have phpmyadmin ?

3. Email outages - do these occur ? With my current (horrible) host, the last 2 weeks have been a nightmare of unsent and unreceived emails. Has anybody experienced these on gator ?

thanx in advance.

1: Yes!

2: Yes! phpMyAdmin is included with every account.

3: Yes! Ok, so maybe thats not a good "yes", but I have to be honest. No server (be it email, web, ftp, etc) can provide continuous 100% uptime. Most outages will be so minute that they are not even noticed, and our response times to email support and phone support are quite fast, should you require any assistance.

Hope this helps.

thebends, please understand that you are asking for information on a message board staffed by one person (me). Occasionally the owner will join in the posts, but for the most part I am it on the forums. Also be advised that we employ a decent sized email support staff as well as Instant Message and Phone support, so if you ever feel you are not getting a rapid enough response, please feel free to use another contact method.

Email response time is typically 12 hours or less, while I try to respond to forum posts within 24 hours or so. Phone and IM support is pretty much instant, however.

Thanks a lot for your answers, apologies if i was being impatient - you can't imagine how stressed out I've been after all the crap my last host put me through.
