In praise of HostGator

Just wanted to say that my recent experiences with the HG support team have all been positive. Today I requested my account be moved to a server with phpSuExec enabled. It was done and all nine of my sites are functioning without problem.

I've needed help in the past with tricky file deletions, permissions and ownership issues and other technical assistance. HG support have always responded promptly and knowledgably.

To those who complain, perhaps you haven't experienced poor hosting - this isn't it. I was at Vizaweb for over 2 years, I think it was run by a guy in his parents garage!

No-one's perfect but I have no complaints for the few $'s I spend each month with HostGator.
