A praise for Alan!
The other day my database decided to be mean to me
 and in basic things were looking rather bad, Anyways I came onto livechat and spoke with Alan (alan L was it? i forget the Letter)He was so helpful in showing me how to use ssh and how to repair my database, within moments of chatting with him the site was back up and smooth as ever  Godbless RW
