Default Potential Customer - Do you support X-Cart?

After over a month of frustration my current webhost was unable to get X-Cart running properly on their server. This is a huge problem for me as I wanted to host all of my clients ecommerce websites on my own reseller hosting.

Your company was recommended to me and I am considering using you to host my current and future X-Cart ecommerce websites.

Before I go to the trouble and expense of moving my websites, can you give me some kind of assurance that X-Cart and Google checkout will be able to run correctly on your hosting?

The 2 issues I ran into with the other host were:
1) On the windows-based account your hosting could not set up the HTTP authorization, which is necessary for Google Checkout normal work
2) They then moved the account to Linux however uploading files was not enabled - the enabled files uploading feature is one of X-Cart minimal requirements. If it is not enabled, you are not able to import products, upload pictures etc.

The minimum requirements are detailed here:
http://www.x-cart.com/cart_system_requirements.html

Thanks!

Yes, many people use x-cart here. Also, you can get coupons which make the first month very cheap, and there's a 45 day money-back guarantee. So you don't really have much to lose by trying a blank x-cart install.

Thanks for your reply

Where can I get these coupons you speak of?
When you say "a blank X-Cart install" - what do you mean? Are you saying I can get the domain setup with X-Cart already installed or something?

Probably means for you to do a fresh install of x cart to mark sure it works.

as if your setting up a new site for first time.

Yes, that's what I mean. Just get an account and install x-cart (not for a client, but as a test) and you'll see it's fine. Many people here use it.

http://www.hostgatorcoupon.com/ is the first one that came up on Google for me.
