Default Possible UK Dedicated servers.
In response to customer demand, we are looking into offering mid to high-end servers located in a datacenter in the UK.

The servers will cost slightly more than our "Elite" and "Pro" dedicated server offerings ($279 and $374 per month, respectively) but will have faster CPUs and a 1 GiGE uplink by default.

would it be billed in UK £ instead of US $ to make it easier for UK customers to deal with exchange rate problems & fluctuations & save us a few ££ each month

I'd be happy to pay a little extra for UK reseller hosting.

That is a good start, I see a lot of request for UK based shared hosting. Hope one day, this will be extended to shared hosting as well.

They will be invoiced in U.S. dollars. The base server is based on the 3360 CPU. 2500GB bandwidth, 2 - 500GB drives and 4GB RAM for $400 per month.

These will take 3-5 days to set up for right now as we are not currently keeping any in stock like the ones listed on the site. If you need a dual quad CPU or with SAS drives shoot an email to sales and we can get you a quote.

Hostgator customer support & UK servers = a perfect match for people in the UK.

UK based dedi's would be very handy. Any chance of UK based VPS?

We are currently looking at dedicated servers as the ping time from the US is far too high. A HG supported d/s would be ideal, depending upon price or course. Don't get too silly.

You mean this will be more expensive than the price of elite plans? with the same specifications?
