I am taking a second to say that in the past I was a poophead. I have posted on this forum with negative comments about support here at HG... I hereby take them all back. I have all kinds of little problems with getting my sites set up, etc, and I don't hesitate to contact online support. I get quick help with as close to a smile as

can get. Recently, I had a problem that the HG rep, Jule, couldn't fix (because it can't be done and I hadn't thought of it) and he or she helped me by suggesting multiple solutions. I've contacted support a few times and received this kind of help without saying anything - it's easier to want to be heard when you're irritated. If you are considering HG and are concerned about support... here is my honest take - it takes a minute to get used to the fact that you aren't receiving overly courteous form letters and rote responses through gritted teeth or walkthroughs that amount to "clear your cache" every time you have a question.... once you get used to dealing with real human beings you will find HG to be a terrific hosting company.
