Default PORT Structure for Webmail, CPanel etc

I understand that you use port 2095 for webmail, cpanel etc. Is it a requirment that you use this port. Most Firewall configurations nomally block those ports. Of course I have to let my customers know that our webmail is not down but that they are at work and behind a firewall the probably blocks them getting access.

Have you considered not utilizing these ports?
