Port Firewall forwarding

Hi, I should forwarding the following ports blocked by the firewall:
Min Port: 49160
Max Port: 49300

At the moment I do not know what to say more.

Are you referring to a torrent client on a server?

What kind of account do you have? Also have you submitted a support ticket?
