Default port 2077@2078

i am tring to get my webdisk going but everytime i try i get a error say the the ports are not open or have been fire-walled even tho i have done all i can do to open them up.
any one that can help me out?

We would need more information to help.

Where are you seeing the error?
Exactly what is the error?
Is you computer on Windows, Mac or Linux?
