Is this something that just happened? I would contact live support and talk to them about if its down and the mail server needs to be restarted.

When you send emails to any addresses at gnrturkey.com it goes to Hotmail server (because the MX record points there). I do not know if that is even supposed to work, but if it is then you are asking your question in wrong place.
