This is the second add on domain I have put on hostgator. I am trying to help my mom build a website. I thought I had everything set up correctly but it doesn't seem to work. We have called twice now asking for help and been rudely told to just go watch the tutorials. Their tutorials are very basic and have no troubleshooting tips at all. Great. NOT VERY HELPFUL. I think I'll be shopping for a new host.

The domain is belgianbrigade.com. It is an add on domain. The main account domain is sharpstriping.com in case you need that also. I GREATLY appreciate and help you can give.

That looks like it is resolving but you may want to check the image name spelling in your code as it looks like you are using caps for the special characters. File names are case sensitive.

yeah too bad it still doesn't work. I should say though that you answered quickly and NICELY. It's all I was looking for even if I still have a problem.

Is the domain belgianbrigade.com not coming up for you or is there another issue? You can check to see if a domain is working elsewhere on the internet by checking it through a proxy site like proxify.com. This lets you "view" the site through another server on the internet.

Additionally if you recently change the name servers the domain name may still be propagating across the web which is why we can pull it up here at our office and through a proxy site but not through your own computer.
