site and show up in search engines. I know how to redirect. Here is what I want to do.
I want to redirect domainname.com to differentname.com/forum... I have that set up already to do but I want the domainname.com to be indexed in search engines so when people hit the link to domainname.com they are redirected to differentname.com/forum.. I only want it to be indexed in search engines but do not know about how to do it. I am on a a plan here where I can host two accounts on my package. I am already hosting the 2 i'm allowed. I really do not want to pay an extra $10.00 a month on the next hosting package( which allows 3 domains) to put a 1 sec redirect page on the domainname.com index page. How can I go about this so I can have the domainname.com indexed in search engines? Thanks. |

Oops! I just replied to your other post and mentioned doing a redirect. LOL Oh well.
So I guess the next step then would be to just click the search engine submit button in your cpanel under the site you're redirecting from. In case you check this message first, would a subdomain work for what you want as far as the domains and such go?
