Unhappy Plesk & Dedicated Application Pool

Hello,

I am using dedicated server to resell hosting accounts. However I can't figure out the dedicated application pool settings in Plesk.

As I want to resell so I need to assign a certain amount of memory as dedicated app pool for each website e.g. 100MB etc, however in plesk there is option for setting the memory limit. Only a Max. CPU % value can be given.

I know from my experience from a previous reseller that if you don't activate dedicated application pool, the sites starts giving 503 Service Unavailable Errors.

So can anybody explain what I need to set here?

Regards,
Israr

Default Re: Plesk & Dedicated Application Pool

You might want to refer the information posted in the support section :
http://support.hostgator.com/article...tions-plesk-10

Since it is enabled over a Shared account it'd definitely be available for your dedicated server as well.

Well if you aren't sure about configuring it, you might want to refer : download1.parallels.com/Plesk/Plesk8.3/Doc/en-US/plesk-8.3-win-administrators-guide/24841.htm
