I think it looks good. You may want to add a copyright at the bottom though.

Doesn't see like something I would buy. The sales pitch is lacking a little. It might help if you had better screen shots. The one you have is fairly bad, IMO.

If you can't produce better screen shots, PM me and I'll help you out. Looks like a good idea, just a bit better presentation would help.
