Goal of the site was creating something that loaded quick, looked nice and did not contain anything that would be blocked by java or JavaScript and flash. Every host it seems has flash, we wanted to separate ourselves from that arena.

Anyways please give opinions. Thanks

IMO, the white on black with the patter is a little hard to read.

The red mouseover text on the support page is impossible to see unless I mouse over it.

The testimonial from Coon needs to be shorter. You should edit it down to the point where someone might actually read it.

Prividing email address right in the code will result in spam:

You have your ICQ number listed, but have provided no way for nonICQ members to contact you via ICQ... (This can be done via ICQ Panels)

"ICQ is between the hours of 2pm EST - 12am EST" sounds odd, you should drop it and say that your status can be found from the ICQ Icon...

I like the way you included the WHM Autopilot login into your website.

Your logo SWS Webhosting and design should be a little larger.

Edit: I should note that I looked at the site on my 2048x1024 21" monitor, so smaller text is harder to read.

I'm running a bigger monitor and your plan graphics are hard to read, the contrast isn't helping. Also the buttons above them (hosting, support etc) are a little "understated" and also hard to read.

I agree with the other poster that your logo is also understated. I hate busy sites, but I think yours could use a little more bluster.

I have been looking for some good fonts to use for plans and links, but I cant find any that are sharp, but bigger. Can you guys help me out here. Thanks

A few changes so far:

Font on plans was changed to a bigger font, and the background was changed as well. I believe this accomplishes what you guys said was bad about that area.

I like the font on the buttons, so that will stay. Now to the other things

I also added a picture of where I am located (the city area) in the empty area in the banner area.

Nice idea, but wrong. When your site opened, I found myself trying to scroll up to see the rest of the picture. (only to find I was already at the top of the page). I see what you are trying to do, but I think the image is cropped to close at the top. You need to include the tops of the buildings. It seems like it just isn't cropped right.

Recrop the image and it will look awesome!

Done, also is the plan font easier to read now?

with all of your suggestions I decided to make it more user friendly. Links are bigger and bolder, text is bigger and easier to read. Just a smoother layout I think and brings a more upbeat to the site. What do you guys think?

Wow! What a huge difference and improvement (IMHO). A few little tweaks on the homepage.

1) The buttons to the left your logo look GREAT when moused-over, but the black on dark blue is VERY hard to read normally.
2) The buttons in the top right have a really small font that is very hard to read on larger screens (1280x1024).

Those are my quick thoughts on the general appearance. You've obviously spent a lot of time and energy reworking it and I think it makes a HUGE difference.

The black on blue buttons are hard to read, you might try adding a little outer glow just to make the letter stand out.

To all:

I just changed that last night as I was so so on it as well. That has been changed, and the font for the secondary buttons might be made bigger as well. My screen is also 1280 big as well and they are a little small.

Thanks again for the comments and yes it took me a while to finally come up with a design that fit me and my site well. I think I finally found what I was looking for, thanks again.
