As your terms constitute a binding legal agreement, you should proofread it. Actually, you might consider proofreading all the copy on the site; I found several typos and grammatical errors.
Consider adding information about the company behind the web site, so freelancers and "service buyers" don't feel they're conducting their transactions through some anonymous entity. Consider highlighting whatever it is that sets you apart from other established freelance sites. This might be covered in a FAQ somewhere, something like "Why choose us?," but I didn't read through all of them. If it is, consider making that information more prominent. From a purely aesthetic standpoint, consider a fixed-width layout. At high resolution and with a maximised browser window, the list of options is at top-left, while your stock photo is waaaaay over to the right. It looks a little... odd. Since your project database appears to currently be empty, you could mock up a sample project, along with a demo of how a freelancer or webmaster might actually click through the process of posting an opportunity, bidding on it, accepting a bid, following through on the transaction, etc. Something Flash-based, rather than fully-functional and database-driven, would be fine. Otherwise, it's a nice, clean site, offering interested freelancers plenty of information about how the process works. Hope this helps, and good luck! -Gita |
