I have been signed up with HostGator since sunday... just under 3 days ago.

I have contacted their support department via their email address numerous times requesting support and I have heard absolutely nothing.

Could you please look at, and action ticket # JKN-28294-258

Please re-check that ticket, because I have a response from Ben listed the day you posted the ticket.
