3 days ago i baught hosting with hostgator then 24 hours later i find my domain hasnt been registered! so hostgator give me a refund.
1 day ago i joined AGAIN! and now 24 hours later my domain hasnt been registered and i didnt get the welcome email... its not even on s whois database and ppl can register it!

can i please get help!

These problems all solved better in ticket HG system, they will contact you back in less than 6 hour. or to get a quick answer go to chat and they will tell more about your status. I have about 8 tickets in less than a month and all of them are solved. believe me, they know their biz very well.

I waited 4 days for my server.

Hostgator has gotten to big to acre about little guys like you and me

Loget - I apologize for any domain registration delays.

Royalmice - I do apologize should any server setups ever take longer than the requested time period. There is a process we must go through to get them set up, and the process does include verification for most Dedicated Server orders. I am not sure of the issue you experienced or the cause of the delay. If it was due to verification, if we do not receive verification from a client, it can delay the server setup some.

Also, server setup can take slightly longer over the weekend versus during the week.

Royalmice - if you need anything at all regarding the server setup or would like me to check on the reason for the delay, feel free to PM me. I'll be happy to check that for you.
