Question Please activate my account for support forums

I am a custom with HostGator. I have attempted to join the support forum. My username is accepted, as well as my password.. but I only am able to view the presale forums. And I am unable to view or review my forum account information. I have emailed GatorJay x2 with no results. Even though I clicked the verification email link.. I feel I need to be verified personally.. and this has not been done.

__ the above was submitted as a ticket to support two days ago. I still have not had my account activated in the support forum.
Any ideas or suggestions?

What do I have to do to be able to use and view the general tech forum.

Don't hold your breath. I've been waiting a week. I've PM'd GatorJay, called support, posted here about it. They have great support here, just no access to it.

GatorBrent (the owner?) said he was shocked about it taking someone 5 days for forum access. Looks like he wasn't shocked enough to fix it..

Maybe if they make the new customer fix their own problems for the first week it cuts down on the really dumb "Help Me!" posts in the forums? - Joe

If someone has been waiting since 10/17 and still is not activated they may not have verified the email automatically sent to them, are they still not active?

Same here... I've been waiting a week now...

I've activated my account, but when I registered my server wasn't listed (as far as I could see)... I'm on Tundra btw...

My server IP was not listed either. How do you find out your server's name?

I got my box number / server name from support.

Could you guys also adjust my account with the relevant forum access. Its been activated, i am also in the moderation queue.

I have filled out all of the account details the only thing i filled out as "not listed" when registering was the server name as i did not know what it was at the time. I asked support and i am on box: Gator184.

In whm under server info or something it says tundra.websitewelcome.com
I guess that's the name of the server I'm on, but of course I can't be sure... This type of info should be enclosed in the welcome e-mail that is sent out by Hostgator...

In Web Host Manager under Server Information i also get "tundra.websitewelcome.com" but support told me i was on Gator184, it might be worth asking support just to be sure.
