Planet Network Packet Loss

The planet data center is currently having some packet loss in their D4 data center affecting all servers hosted here. During this you will likely have issues connecting to services such as email and ftp. The Planet's network engineers are aware and working on this now.

We do not yet have a full list but a few of the affected servers are below

We are no longer seeing any packet loss to these servers. Please open a support ticket to support@hostgator.com if you still have any issues.
