Does anyone know if Plone Content Manager is supported on Hostgator plans ??
and zope

I recall hearing no for this question, so I did a search and found this answer... from a year ago, although I doubt the answer has changed.

Hello,
We do support Python on all of our servers. Although I'm pretty sure Plone/Zope require a daemon to be ran.

If its possible to run it without a daemon, and using regular Python modules, by all means you can run it.

For now I am going to run it on my own PC (plone & zope).
When I'm ready to upload i will look into having it done here or, if not, look for alternatives. Who knows, perhaps I'll find out it is not worth the trouble and the extra work.
