(Info on relations can be found here.)
I recently went to try and access relations and/or the "designer" program while in PHPMyAdmin and came to discover it's listed as "Disabled." I was wondering if there's any way I can manually enable this, if I need to submit a ticket for support to get this enabled, or if it's fully blocked? (If it's the latter, any chance I could have a reason?) Thank you very much to anyone who can help or provide me with some info on this.

I hate to bump, but I feel I must. So be it.

Probably limited on the shared accounts-- have you tried putting in a ticket with support to ask?

I was hoping I wouldn't need to bug them, as it's more trivial than most things they deal with, but I guess I'll submit one later. Thanks for the answer.
