I have the least expensive account. As I understand it (I"m not the programmer) we're using a shared version of PHP for which the timeout of 23 minutes or so it uses to do its garbage collection is way too short. Is there either (a) a way around this so our PHP apps don't time out so quickly, or (b) a more expensive managed plan that lets me own my own copy of PHP so I'm not limited to such a short timeout?

thx.

What are you running? PHP What? If a program is taking 20min's to run it sounds like you have a script error. But then I'm not really understanding your question either. Could you possibly provide a little more info? Fantastico has many PHP-based scripts and CMS's. Is it something from Fantastico?
