A few questions:
-How do you run a php script (like where do you type it in) ?
-Can you use a php script to run an .exe file?

-I should be able to find this elsewhere, but if "yes" to the above, can someone give me the script/code to type in?

HG uses linux servers on shared accounts, so no.
