Default PHP file creation

When PHP creates a file is the file owner nobody or someother generic user name or is the file owner the userid of the site?

Does PHP run as suexec (CGI) or mod_php?

Thanks for the link and the reply.

The info on PHPSuExec is much more complete than what my current host provided. Also, I had to move to a new server to get PHPSuExec they have not converted old servers.

Thanks again for the reply.

I did a support chat yesterday and the person I got had no idea what I was talking about. That was a little disappointing.

Still thinking about a move.

Thanks again.

Tom
