Okay, so I guess no one is perfect - but here is what I think of HG. I have been in this business since late 2002 - so it gives me a couple of years of experience I guess. Though I have only had the displeasure of dealing with a handful of other companies, I can say with 99.9% certainty that I will probably staying with HG for a good while. I have been with them since 2004 and I have never looked back really
![]() There are a few support issues, but nothing you wont get anywhere else. I can only recall one really rude live support person, but thats just 1 in almost 2 years of service. All in all - not a bad service at all. I wish that they would just contact the reseller when they disable a resellers' clients account. Really frustrating, has happened twice to me already. They shouldn't keep their resellers in the dark about what they are changing on the resellers account (or client accounts). |
