Hi,
Some of the technical support I have had from HG staff has been so refreshing, prompt and accurate, compared to my previous experiences with hosting providers, I believe there should be some way to reward outstanding support. Is there a way to donate to the person directly so they can get a few beers for there efforts? Just a thought ..... philip-just be sure to rate your tickets appropriately for the service you got; hg already rewards techs based on their ratings. and if you feel the need to do more, perhaps you could write up a review thread to personally thank those that stood out in being helpful.
