Paypal doesn't redirect back to Autopilot successfully

I'm having problems with getting Paypal to redirect back to AutoPilot successfully on my reseller account. I've set up the accounts to give the first month free, and as such, the payment will be $0.

The transaction gets through, and the paypal subscription is set up properly. However, the hosting account doesn't get set up automatically and I receive the following errors via e-mail:

Error 1:
ERROR[30] SID was not in the database!

Error 2 (another e-mail):
ERROR[21] No transaction ID, did not auto-install, investigate for fraud.

Everything looks all right otherwise so I'm stuck.. Can anyone help?

I've figured out why. IPN and Instant Return must be turned off on the Paypal acct. It was a nice little 5 hour lesson... so don't make the same mistake that I did.
