Hi,
I have just tried hostgator and paid for the 1 month subscription in the baby plan. Then after a few minutes my account was temporarily blocked due to the verification, I have given the scam of my passport and thought that all will resume and can get back on my 1st hosting exp. But the support replied saying that the dispute should be removed 1st. But how I remove the dispute, It says that hostgator needs to reply to that? Sorry I'm just starting out and still don't know many things.

If you would like to close a dispute or claim you filed, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your PayPal account at www.paypal.co.uk 2. Click ‘Resolution Centre’ at the top of the page 3. Select 'Open cases' in the drop down menu and find the claim you wish to close 4. Click the Case ID link (e.g. PP-111-222-333) under the Case column If the case is in the Dispute phase click ‘Close Dispute’5. Add any additional comments in the comment box and continue to close your dispute or claim
