payment not verified but i already send money.
hi hostgator team.
I have got a site after alots of search i have found hostgator.com as a good webhosting site that no customer has problem with so i came here. I have registered to hostgator and send payment by westernunion. I have emailed the details of payment and this is Ticket ID: MFD-14275728 since hostgator team verifying payment by westernunion.com site and their site is showing no order from that details. Westernunion.com requires for first and last name but in my national ID card i have full name that i filled in payment form so the error in westernunion.com is because the first and last name is not same as my full name. Hostgator team you can visit any westernunion agent in houston to recieve the payment. Activate my account and credit my extra money to hostgator account i mentioned payment details and money managements in my email Ticket ID: MFD-14275728 And i will need support of restoring the site database i hope everything goes fast and fine Thank

This forum is not always monitored by Hostgator staff, so they may not see this thread.
DO NOT update the ticket unless asked to do so by Hostgator - updating a ticket moves it to the end of the queue. If all the information is in the ticket, send an email to sales@hostgator.com, or start a chat session and ask the chat assistant to review the ticket.

I have callled to westernunion they solved the problem i have email again the Ticket ID: MFD-14275728 eLIANT can you give this tickect id to any staff, tell them that in my latest email i have replied everything as the wanted. I have limited access in forum so only i able to use this forum. Also i dont know whois hostgator.com staff here. So give this ticket id to any staff, iam getting so late. Thank

Hostgator staff are indicated by the big HG logo by their usernames, and by usernames that are "GatorSomething." Example attached.
Today is a major holiday in the U.S. While HG is a 365x24x7 operation, they're probably running with a smaller staff than usual. Last edited by EarlyOut; 11-25-2010 at 11:12 AM.
