Payment methods?

Hostgator needs to add what payment methods it accepts somewhere on the website and preferably in plain view on the pages that describe your different account types. I searched all over and could not find this information anywhere. If it’s on your site it’s buried so deep that it’s really tough to find if at all. I’m sure it’s available during the actual ordering process but it would be much more convenient for people that are researching your service to know what they will need in order to start the account and make future payments.

Since I was sure they accepted VISA, it wasn't a problem for me.

But,
It does make sense to make your payment options a bit more obvious.

Doesn't just about everyone trading online take the major c/cards, paypal, etc.

None of this is to disagree with the concept that HG should make the payment methods it accepts prominent. BUT...

I am puzzled by the fact that you opened this six-month old thread only to repost the link Fred provided in the second post.

It is also baffling that you've been able to post in the non-public forum sections for more than a week. This means you've had an HG hosting account for that long, which means you would have had to pay before that (your earlier post said you had a reseller account, which costs more than any coupon would cover).

It is also difficult to believe that Live Chat couldn't tell you, and almost impossible to accept that a ticket response wouldn't give that information almost immediately. Well, worst case, maybe a couple of hours (very worst case). It is impossible to believe that "tickets", plural, couldn't supply that info.

If you are showing misplaced frustration, it's time to resurrect the universal advice: make a cup of cocoa or tea, get some sleep, and things will look better in the morning.
