Paying Monthly

Hey,

I am currently signing up to HG. I believe im on the final page of the registration procedure where you type in your address and paying options...

I haven't seen any option where I can choose whether to pay on a monthly basis.

Am I missing something>?

My question fits right in with this one and I didn't see it anywhere else so...

I have the monthly package and supposing I worked a bit of OT, got paid a little more, looked at the mitfull of $$$ I now have and want to pay for the year.

I'm not at the plans site (or any of the related FAQ's) and can't recall specifically ever seeing it but is there a yearly discount and, secondly, what is the process for stepping up and paying out the year?

(Yeah...I thought monthly was a good idea last week but after sleeping on it, I don't really want a recurring bill.)

I do not think there is any discounts for going yearly, you should be able to sign up for yearly by emailing the HG sales department asking to do so. Be sure to include your account information.

Do we get a reminder by email??????

I just signed up and had problems trying to pay by credit card so had to go the PayPal route....... but will be away this time next month and don't want the hassles of remembering....... so how do I get HG to do an automatic debit?

On the invoice you should have the option to 'Subscribe' to the package, having your account billed and payed automaticly with whatever method you want.... You could also email them and ask that your account be billed for next month so you can pay it now so that they get their money on time.
