I just logged into the ticket system perfectly, I managed to get in first time (I didn't make a mistake with my password) but I still got the email.

I too am able to login to YOUR account without issues.

It is possible that someone else tried to log into your account and generated the email, thinking they would be able to get access to your account. I wouldn't worry about it.
