I have been impressed over all at what Hostgator has to offer. Their uptime (now that I'm on a dedicated server), and just being nice when I have a issue. But it seems they like to pass the buck when a problem arises. I am having issues with not being able to view any of my reseller accounts or any on my dedicated server. Initially I thought it was an ISP issue but it turns out that there was a routing issue on Hostgators end. I tried to tell them this repeated times but they kept insisting it was my ISP. They finally saw that it was their issue and fixed it immediately.
i've just seen this alot not only with me but others. Maybe they don't like to pay overtime for their techs to investigate problems? Whatever the issue is, overall I am happy and I'm staying put. Just my 2 cents. |

Are you still having a problem? What's the ticket number? How long did the problem last for? How long ago did you change dns for the site with the problem?
I'd like to hear more about this. =) thanks!
