Parked Domains

hiya i am trying to add a parked domain i have the swamp croc package and as far as i am aware it allows me 1 parked domain to which i can point to my main site?? ok i went out and bought another domain name and this is where i got a bit lost it says in the parked domain area that i am to point the domain name to the site well not even my first name has been dns propagated yet but i went to the domain name control panel and did 2 things firstly i changed name servers to the hostagtor nameservers then i went back to the hostgator cpanel and tried to add the domain name and i got this result

Cannot determine nameserver ip for yourwebsite.com. Please make sure that it is registered with a valid domain name register.

i slo tried this with another domain name i have had for along time now with the same result so i thought maybe its not the nameserver i am suppsoed to change maybe im supposed to just web foreward it so i tried that then added the name into the parked domain section and got the same result...........i have checked i definatley have the domain name it is registered to me anyone tell me what i am probably doing wrong??


btw this forum account was from when i had the baby croc package i have recently made a new account and have the swamp croc package can you alter this one to say swamp croc instead of baby croc still?
