Default Park domains problem

Im curently on the Swap croc hostgator plan. This plan states im allowed to add on or park unlimited domains yet i ve been refused this process. When i try to park a domain via cpanel it says the amount of domains im able to park is zero.

Regardless of what it says on my forum profile i updated from Baby to the Swap plan on March 30th 2005. I have the confirmation email to prove this. Even if i was on Baby plan that also allows for unlimited add/parked domains unless ive missed the small print.

Perhaps i need to reconfigure something in my Cpanel to bring it up to date on hosting features? I dont know. Yet my cpanel aready reads and confirms im on the Swamp Croc plan.

Further: Ive only just changed the DNS of the domain i wish to park to point to hostgator. As usual this probably will not configure for 24 hours, still i attempted to park the domain for when it does configure. Yet even so should i be seeing the 'you are unable to park zero domains' message?

Any help appreciated. thanks.

Neticus

Default Re: Park domains problem

On your main CPanel display, it should tell you how many Parked domains you are allowed to have in the format of currently used/allowed. So, if you are allowed unlimited parked domains and using zero, it should say

Parked domains 0 / unlimited.

If it says the above, and you are not able to park the domain, the cause is most likely that the nameservers have not propagated yet. If it says that you have none to use, email support@hostgator.com.
