parallels plesk sitebuilder help

Hey every one,
I do not no if tghis is the right section to post this question but hope fully some one will help.
I have built my website with hostgators parallels plesk sitebuilder its all up and running but i have a problem i am currently trying to improve my ranking on search engines and i am using IBP (internet business promotion) to analize my website and it gives mee sujestion on what i should change to improve my natural seach engine ranking all is well with this exept that on onw of the sujestion about my body text i should move one of my key word lower down the page but when IBP analized the page it has analized my title and all my web page links before actually starting at my body text first line.

the words in red are my website title and my web page links which are not part of my body text

the words in blue are my <h1> headline text which is the first text in my body text which should be the start of my body text

the words in green are the first sentence of my body text which should be the start of my body text

you may see that the IBP report is using my title and my page links as part of my body text recently i have found out through the helpfull hostgator support that all site builder templates are doing this so if any one no how i can stop this by editing my html code or any bother way i would be so grate full if you need the fulll IBP report i can easily email it to any one so that you may understand my problem.
any help would be appreciated please be aware that i have dyslexia and some time i find working with html code a little confusing so if there is some thing that i should put in my html code that would stop or block this from happening could you please provide the code in full html code form this will help me so much thank you
