WHM can be set up with or without overselling capability. What about your settings, is overselling allowed with reseller accounts?

nope woudln't be possible for us to allow it. The reason is here....

The actual space used when a server is normally filled with us is about 10 gigs total used. Thus if we allowed overselling someone could be less then we do for an entire server and use the whole thing, and we woud lose a ton of $$

This is a post from 2003, a lot has changed. But you can see the no-overselling reasons at www.hostgator.com/overselling.shtml
