Just thought i'd add my 2cents worth. I've been a reseller customer for over a year and had nothing but exceptional service from the gator team. I understand they are in the process of changing support systems which is getting them abit of flack but give it time i'm sure they'll be back to their quality service levels.

I've always had quick responses to tickets and i've had support through their chat system.
