Outstanding service and support!

It took me forever to find a company that would allow me to purchase a cheap but decent plan for only a month at a time! Everyone else wanted me buying in at 6 months, 12 months, etc. Why would I do that when I have no idea what their service will be like? Thank you Host Gator for being realistic!

Anyways...

I'm starting to do web development locally for some people and I took the time to find a good web host and I stumbled upon Host Gator.

Since the purchase, I've had quite a few issues. I live with my girlfriend and lets just say her ISP isn't one I'd recommend to many people... (Primus).

Basically, I've been working on the site without actually being able to access it. Her DNS is a tad bit wonky and won't allow me to view the website.

I've been in and out of support multiple times and every agent I get is phenomenal! They go out of their way to help me, they've even helped me with things that are not affiliated with Host Gator. They have given me advice on how to fix my DNS issue, how to contact my ISP and how to approach them with the issue.

Host Gator is more than just a web hosting company, they go out of their way to satisfy their customers no matter what their issue is.

Although my first couple of days have been bumpy, it has not been Host Gators fault. I will continue my service and I hope that Host Gator will remain open for years to come as I will be one of their dedicated and loyal customers for years to come.

Oh and what do you know! It was indeed propagation! 20 minutes later the website is up and loads fine under the domain name.
