Outstanding, exceptional technical support
I have all of my clients switching to HostGator. Your technical support is simple outstanding.
With all the technicians you have on staff, I have yet to chat with one who was not willing to go beyond plain hosting support. Your technicians have been willing to go beyond that and take a look at specific issues with my WordPress installations, even when they aren't directly related to hosting. And your crew solved a problem where a hacker had attached a shell to my site and was feeding unsavory links from it. I had previously paid a WP design company several hundreds of dollars to address this for me and it still wasn't done right. But you guys solved in in just a few minutes. You rock!
