I'm a web designer and signed up for a reseller account, intended to host my clients' sites. The only weak position I have in convincing them to host with me is it's impossible to claim 24/7/365 support.
Are there options with HostGator or other vendors to outsource this, under my own brand? I believe some host resellers offer this (GoDaddy: 24/7 product support for your customers). In the absence of sub-contracted support, how would you word your monitoring features, as far as automated or human monitoring of the site, servers, network, etc. |

Would have ben nice, but I guess it is difficult to change a policy like that.
