still nothing on username local. Can you please look into it asap and get it restored. It was restored sat, then sunday morn as well. Now nothing.

Hi Tim (or any level 3 support):

I am still waiting on Ticket #BZD-960463 for advanta-inc.

The site is no longer in my WHM or Cpanel controls which means it was deleted during the crash. But someone helped to put the files on the web.

I can access the webmail but there are no mails there. Please give me an answer... could you help to restore original files (including all emails)?

Or do I have to re-set up the site again in WHM?
